I began my education in this field with my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation degree (First Class Honors). Since then, I have developed my skills and knowledge by getting certified as an Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP), specializing in applied women's physiology, and yoga teacher training. Currently, I am an MSc student at the University of Calgary, specializing in Health and Exercise Physiology. My project focusses on menstrual cycle tracking methods, machine learning/prediction analytics, femtech, and mHealth. My goal is to educate and coach in women's reproductive health across the lifespan.
