Sex and Gender based analysis project assistant
We're recruiting a Project Assistant to support a new initiative that aims to unearth barriers that academics face in conducting sex and gender-based analysis (SGBA) in their research. Ultimately, the Project Assistant will be responsible for creating, distributing, and analyzing results from a Canada-wide survey about SGBA. This project will inform the development of WHRC initiatives that aim to increase the number of academics that properly incorporate SGBA in their human and animal research. The successful incumbent should have experience coordinating survey-based research projects, have excellent organizational skills, and have experience analyzing data. A strong research background and familiarity with SGBA research practices is preferred.
